Ashkan Maliki from Qorveh, Kurdistan, is the first defendant in the case of the destruction of the Jafari Mosque in Tehran's Nasr Alley during the protests of 1404. The court session was held at the Revolutionary Court of Tehran and the defendants have presented their lawyers and defenses. The status remains in detention.
